CHARLESWORTH INDEPENDENT CHAPEL PRIVACY POLICY

INTRODUCTION We are one of the evangelical churches in the North-West area. Although presently a small number of people, we are seeking to grow by following the guidance of the Holy Spirit under a Bible-based ministry. We believe in the power of prayer and understand that God alone is sovereign. Our Services are open to both young and old alike, from those exploring the Christian faith, to those who are established Christians. Together with another local church, we share the Christian foundation of our village school, which gives us the opportunity to link with young families. Charlesworth Independent Chapel, otherwise known as Top Chapel, is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) registered with the Charity Commission with No. 1164434. The CIO was set up on 16 November 2015 and became active with effect from 1 January 2016 when it took over the assets and undertaking of the independent church established many years ago as an unincorporated association and known as Top Chapel or Charlesworth Congregational Church or Charlesworth Independent Chapel. The constitution of the CIO, updated in October 2017, sets out the Objects of the church and its basis of belief. The church is “a people of the Word”.
