A note on the CORONAVIRUS
Due to health concerns regarding the corona virus, we will not be gathering people for Sunday worship at Top Chapel for the foreseeable future.
Instead we aim to livestream a sermon from Top Chapel every Sunday at 11 am via YouTube.

Hi Charlesworth and Chisworth Carnival 2019 is happening on the 13th July. We have a float in the procession through Charlesworth (Judging at 12 noon at St Margaret’s School) and stalls on the recreation ground in the afternoon. Come and visit us at the Farming Christian Link stand and its adjacent Top Chapel stand where there’ll be a warm welcome and a couple of games for kids. Our theme this year is: FULLY RELY ON GOD which is easily remembered by the letters F.R.O.G. and so look out for the FROG Float!
Look forward to seeing you there.
The Fun Day was a great success. The weather held off for most of the time and it was great to see so many from the village and farther afield with their families and friends. Thank you for coming and making it so enjoyable.
DON’T FORGET TO JOIN US ON BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY IN THE CAR PARK AT TOP CHAPEL FOR HOG ROAST, BOUNCY CASTLE, GOSPEL MUSIC, FRIENDSHIP AND FUN.
EVER READ THE BOOK? EVER SEEN THE FILM? Pilgrim’s Progress is a brilliant story written by John Bunyon about the Christian journey. We will be studying and discussing it on the first Sunday of every month beginning this Sunday 3rd March 2019. You are so welcome to join us in the Church Lounge. Tea and Coffee available.
Barry Woodward, author of ‘Once an addict’ will be speaking at the Geoffrey Allan Centre in Gamesley on Tuesday November 13th at 7.30pm. All are welcome. Barry is an engaging speaker and has a great story to tell about how he overcame personal addiction.
Following on from our recent Christianity Explored course, we will be running the Discipleship Explored course, starting this month. This eight session journey through Paul’s letter to the Philippians is ideal for believers at any stage of the Christian life.
It features brand-new documentary-style films and inspiring real-life stories from around the world, Bible studies and weekly reading plans.
This month the date is:
Wednesday 19th September at 7.30 pm in the Church Lounge.
All are welcome to attend.
For the Tuesday morning alternative to this (Tues 18th September at 10.30 am) please phone the Church Office on 01457 852738 or contact Jim on 07985 029115 for more details.
